If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with that individual may be closed and outstanding balances may be voided.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You may request to close your account at any time by contacting customer support. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months may be classified as inactive. PK 92 Game may apply an inactivity administration fee as disclosed in the account section of the platform. You will receive reasonable advance notice before any fee is applied, and reactivating your account before the fee date will prevent it from being charged.
PK 92 Game accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit or credit cards. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). You must use a payment method that is registered in your own name. Payments made from accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted.
Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your PK 92 Game account instantly. Bank transfer and card deposits may take up to one business day to appear. There is no deposit fee charged by PK 92 Game, though your bank or payment provider may apply charges of their own. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are displayed on the deposit page at the time of the transaction.
Withdrawal requests are processed by the PK 92 Game payments team on business days. The majority of withdrawal requests are completed within 24 hours of approval. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. PK 92 Game reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. You must have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds before a withdrawal can be made against a balance that includes bonus amounts.
Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to both deposits and withdrawals. These limits are set per transaction and per day and are displayed clearly within the account section of the platform. VIP players may have enhanced limits as part of their tier benefits. Transaction limits may be reviewed periodically without prior notice.
If a deposit fails after funds have left your payment account, please contact customer support with evidence of the transaction. Bets are accepted subject to available odds and the market rules applicable to each sport and event. A bet is not confirmed until it has been formally accepted by the PK 92 Game system and a bet reference has been issued. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, PK 92 Game reserves the right to void the bet without liability.
Cricket markets — including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals, ODIs and Tests — are governed by the specific market rules published on the Sports page. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method, or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules applicable to that market type. Over-specific markets and player specials are subject to minimum delivery thresholds as stated in the market rules.
PK 92 Game may void a bet if the event does not take place within a specified timeframe, if odds were clearly published in error, or if the event outcome is subject to a dispute that cannot be resolved by reference to an official result. Voided bets are settled at odds of 1.0 and the stake is returned to the player's account balance.
In-play betting markets are offered on selected cricket, football and esports events. Live odds are updated in real time and reflect the current state of the match. PK 92 Game reserves the right to suspend or close live markets at any time without notice. Bets accepted before a market is suspended will stand unless there are grounds for voiding under the applicable market rules.
Accumulator bets combine multiple selections into a single bet. All selections must win for the accumulator to return a profit. If one or more legs of an accumulator are voided, the bet is recalculated using the remaining legs. Minimum and maximum accumulator limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement.
Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply and are displayed within the account and bet slip sections of the platform. Bets that would exceed the maximum payout limit may be accepted at a reduced stake. PK 92 Game reserves the right to apply individual payout limits at its reasonable discretion.
PK 92 Game offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is issued. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms stated here and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires total bets equivalent to ten times the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Only real-money bets placed on qualifying markets count towards wagering requirements. Bets placed with bonus funds at odds below the minimum stated in the promotion terms will not contribute to the wagering requirement.
Bonuses that are not used or where wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Check the promotion details at the time of claiming to understand the expiry timeline applicable to your offer.
Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, hedging bets to guarantee profit from bonus funds, or using automated software to meet wagering requirements — will have their bonus cancelled and may have their account suspended. PK 92 Game reserves the right to recover any funds withdrawn as a result of bonus misuse.
Where no-deposit bonuses or free bet credits are offered, they are subject to the specific terms of the promotion and cannot be withdrawn as cash without meeting the stated conditions. Free bet credits are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other free bet offers unless explicitly stated.
The PK 92 Game VIP programme rewards players who use the platform regularly. Progress through the VIP tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — is determined by wagering activity over a rolling period. VIP status is earned automatically; no invitation is required.
Benefits at each tier may include enhanced odds on cricket and PSL markets, priority withdrawal processing, personalised bonus offers and, at Diamond level, a dedicated account manager. VIP status is reviewed periodically. If your wagering activity falls below the threshold required to maintain your current tier, your status may be adjusted downward at the next review date. You will be notified in advance if your tier is at risk of reduction. VIP benefits cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value.
PK 92 Game reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the VIP programme at any time with reasonable notice. Any accumulated VIP progress at the time of discontinuation will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
